Can you do same-day cleaning?
We require 24-hour notice for bookings. Same-day service is occasionally available if our schedule allows, with a rush fee applied.
Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning plans. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and can pay after service instead of before.
How do I pay?
We accept: Cash, ATH Móvil, Venmo, PayPal, and Apple Pay. First-time clients pay before service. Recurring clients pay after cleaning.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged a $40 fee (or 50% of service price for larger jobs, whichever is higher).
Are you insured?
